Recommended by a hotel in Dar. The 3-star rating is valid. There isn’t beach access. The internet in the building is very weak. The rooms are ok but they only have a tiny cheap bar of soap, no shower soap or shampoo. The restaurant serves a variety of food which was pretty good. I would stay here again on my next trip to Tanga.

It was great pleasure to have stayed over this hotel. The view was great, right by the sea. The service was great and food was fantastic. Unfortunately the internet connection is extremely bad in the rooms. The rooms should be upgraded as they are very old in all aspect. Overall, the people were very good and the view was fantastic.

It is such a shame the best view hotel in Tanga is in shambles. Bedsheets and towels yellowed, covered in stains, coming out of their stitches or poorly designed logos teared off them. They look yellow than white and you will find god knows whose hair stuck in towels and at that point just pray it is a hair from the head and you know what not. Gross. Everything in the room is covered in dust. Bathroom is not cleaned throughly. Everything in shambles. I saw two rooms before I stayed in one and the one we did not stay didnt even have duvet cover in duvets just top sheet and ofcourse the duvet was dusty. The staff is amazingly nice but the management needs to manage things well before jacking up prices to competitors level just because they happened to put new tvs in the room.
